I’ve spent the past few years focusing on bars and cocktails in particular, and have become known as an expert in that field. I genuinely love everything about bars: bar culture, cocktails and the people who make them, and their stories, and I believe those who are doing good work should be celebrated. This is where I’ll be doing exactly that, plus reporting on industry news and trends.
